Straightforward Pricing

Good Work.
Fair Pricing.
No Mystery Math.

Not every project fits neatly into a package. Some work makes sense as a fixed project, while ongoing content, troubleshooting, updates, and smaller requests are usually better handled hourly.

The goal is simple: understand what needs to be done, agree on the approach, and keep the pricing clear.

Hourly work

Sometimes Hourly Just Makes More Sense.

Hourly pricing works well for smaller projects, updates, troubleshooting, content production, marketing support, and work where the scope can change as we get into it.

The first hour covers the initial work, review, setup, and direction. Additional time is billed at $50 per hour.

Social media & content

Social Content Without the Giant Agency Retainer.

Need help keeping social channels active without committing to a large monthly management package?

Social media and content production can be handled hourly, so you’re paying for the work being created rather than an oversized bundle of services you may not need. See content marketing support for the full range of what this can cover.

Example

2 Hours of Content Work

First hour$75
Second hour$50
Estimated total$125

A straightforward batch like this might produce approximately:

  • 3–4 simple branded social posts
  • Captions and copy
  • Basic formatting for selected platforms
  • Scheduling-ready assets

As a general example, straightforward branded posts using existing brand assets may average around two posts per hour.

That is an example, not a guaranteed production rate. Actual production time depends on the work involved.

Custom graphics, research-heavy content, video editing, multiple formats, revisions, photography, or campaign development can require additional time.

What Can Social and Content Time Be Used For?

The mix depends on what the work actually requires. These items do not all take the same amount of time.

Website Projects

For clearly defined website projects, fixed pricing usually makes more sense than watching an hourly clock.

Basic Site Starting at $500

A small, simple web presence.

Typical scope may include:

  • Up to approximately five pages
  • Responsive layout
  • Contact form
  • Basic on-page SEO setup
  • Analytics setup where appropriate
  • Clean handoff
Growth Site Starting at $1,000

For businesses needing more structure, content, and room to grow.

Typical scope may include:

  • Additional pages
  • More customized layouts
  • Stronger on-page SEO structure
  • Analytics and Search Console configuration
  • Performance considerations
  • More complex forms or content
Premium / Custom Site Starting at $1,500+

For larger or more customized builds.

Typical scope may include:

  • Custom page structures
  • More extensive content
  • Advanced integrations
  • Schema and technical SEO where appropriate
  • Automation or form integrations
  • Custom functionality
  • Conversion-focused components

Final website pricing depends on scope, content requirements, functionality, integrations, and the condition of any existing website being rebuilt.

Google Ads Management

Advertising spend is paid separately and controlled by the client. Management pricing covers the work involved in building, monitoring, analyzing, and improving campaigns.

Starter $500

Initial campaign setup and launch work.

Growth $750/mo. + ad spend

Ongoing campaign management and optimization.

Scale $1,000/mo. + ad spend

More involved campaign management, optimization, testing, and expansion.

Ad spend is separate. No level promises a particular number of leads, conversions, revenue, or return.

Automation & technical support

Got Something Weird That Needs Fixing?

Forms that don’t send. Tools that don’t talk to each other. A repetitive task eating up someone’s afternoon. Tracking that mysteriously stopped tracking.

Some projects don’t need a giant development contract. They need somebody to figure out what is happening and fix what reasonably can be fixed.

Pricing philosophy

Why Price It This Way?

I don’t want someone paying for a giant package because they needed three graphics and a landing-page update.

Fixed pricing works well when the scope is clear.

Hourly pricing works better when the work is ongoing, experimental, smaller, or difficult to define before getting into it.

Either way, the goal is to keep the work and the cost understandable.

Not Sure Which One Fits?

That’s normal. Tell me what you’re trying to accomplish and I’ll help determine whether it makes more sense as a fixed project or hourly work.
